The welcome we received was extraordinary, starting with Mr Mina at reception, he made us feel like VIPs right away. Plus, the room we got was spacious and clean, exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway.

Enjoyed a spacious and clean Deluxe Room King Bed, while the beach area remained spotless, ensuring a comfortable sunbathing experience. Dining was a highlight, featuring delicious hamburgers and a great variety to satisfy any palate. Despite the overall enjoyment, the entertainment options could use more variety and the evening shows felt repetitive at times.

The food at the buffet was exceptionally diverse and always fresh.

The reception staff needs better training in customer service.

The grounds were impeccably maintained, creating a beautiful and serene atmosphere. The pathways were easily navigable, making it convenient for seniors like myself to explore and enjoy the lush gardens and stunning beachfront views.

Improve the music selection for more ambience at night.

Loved the vast variety of food options, especially the Brazilian restaurant! Pools were gorgeous but the evening weather was surprisingly chilly. 🌬️ Overall, a fantastic stay!

we had an amazing time at rixos! the beach was super clean, and we loved the five different restaurants, especially the brazilian and indian places. our superior room was spacious and beautifully decorated. kudos to abdelaal at the pool bar for the fabulous drinks! the hotel's location made it easy to relax and enjoy everything.

We stayed for 5 nights and loved it! The staff was super friendly, especially Ahmed and Hany—they always had smiles and helpful tips. The food options blew me away, especially at the snack bar by the pool. Just a heads up, some rooms near the stage might be too noisy for light sleepers. Perfect spot for beach lovers!

Just a balanced option for short stay in Sharm el-Sheikh with excellent value for money. Staff went out of their way to make our anniversary special, even decorating our table with flowers and cake.
